Hello Everybody.

We are now the proud owners of a John of God crystal bed. The bed provides deeply calming and profound treatments. We want to share this with our Clarity family of patients and friends because it is one of the most incredible treatments to calm the nervous system that we have experienced. There is so much more it can do, and we invite you to google “John of God Crystal bed” to read all about it. Usually one has to travel to Brazil to obtain this bed. And this was very much God’s gift to us, and to you, because it fell right into our lap, and clearly had a destiny with us all along. We recommend giving it a try. You can add a 50 minute session to the end of your acupuncture treatment. We also recommend buying a package of three crystal bed treatments, because we have experienced it as very cumulative. It is SO cool, and SO special, and if you are drawn to trying it, take a chance with it. It is especially useful for people who have experienced shock, trauma, or any long stressful period or sequence of events — basically anyone who feels like they need to calm down at the deepest level and let their nervous systems unwind like never before. You can schedule a session at your next appointment.

Pure calcium standing alone is a shiny metal, similar in appearance to aluminum. Only as a compound is it stable in air, with a white and chalky look. Calcium compounds include calcium carbonate, which can form as seashells, coral, and the mineral calcite. The calcium in milk and bones is a compound of calcium phosphate. Calcium holds a special place on the periodic table as number 20. Because of the way electron shells work, this is a magic number, at which the protons and neutrons marshal themselves into highly stable, highly symmetrical spheres. And its even more trustworthy than oxygen (#8) which has the stability, but not the complexity, of calcium. It’s this stability within complexity that makes it so abundant and useful.

This stable and strong atomic structure makes it an extremely important mineral in our bodies. We use it for what we need to be the most solid: our bones. (Calcium provides the hardness for the bones, but the strength and flexibility of the bones is from protein and collagen.) The calcium ion has an even more crucial role, constantly moving in and out of our cell walls and conducting the actions of nerves and muscles. This function is so important that the body will consume its bone calcium before this source of calcium ion in the cell. It’s role is so vital in this capacity, that there is even a theory that bones evolved to be simple calcium banks, and only took on a structural role as an afterthought!

Calcium is like a strong solid guy who you can always count on to come over and fix or build anything. It has the feel of the earth element in Chinese medicine, an energy we can count on, a substance we can build on. Another good example of its count-on-able personality is its role in blood clotting.

Great sources of calcium include blackberries, grapefruit, kale, bok choy, and brocolli. Raw milk is an incredibly better source of calcium than processed milk. This is because the heat of pasteurization destroys the natural composition of milk, and makes the calcium and phosphate much less bio-available and very hard to absorb. Drinking pasteurized milk is like taking a wal-mart brand Centrum multi-vitamin. The absorption rate is so low, you are simply not getting nutrition. Calcium levels are consistently somewhat low, as far as what we see here in our patients blood work. This is largely due to malabsorption due to deficiency of Vitamin D.

yellow and blue apatite

A calcium-rich stone elixir may be given to someone who is ready to take on more of a solid or strong state of being. It would be rightly prescribed to someone who was ready to stand up and become more count-on-able, solid, reliable, trustworthy – like the earth. Calcium offers a particular kind of stability – one that holds even in the most complex or overwhelming situations. Let’s first consider apatite, among the calcium-rich minerals, which is a calcium-phosphate mineral that is nearly 60% pure calcium and phosphate. Apatite comes in different colors and variations. In classical Chinese medicine, it is used primarily for bone health, nerve disorders, or thyroid detoxification.

Spiritually, it is used for what I call “stoner’s disease,” which includes lethargy, absence of motivation, and little resources to manifest or “build” things in the real world. This person is not count-on-able, and not highly stable in complex situations. An apatite stone elixir would be given. (And this stuff works! Just like homeopathy, at the level of the DNA). Other calcium-rich minerals include gypsum, calcite, aragonite, and prehnite.

It can all be summed up the next time you make breakfast: everything else seems to melt when thrown in boiling water. But not the calcium-rich egg. It gets even more solid.

6 tools for count-on-able calcium in your body (1000mg/day) :

1) Have your Vitamin D levels checked and get them up to par. We offer a great liquid form with cod oil.

2) Eat more green vegetables.

3) Consider switching to raw milk (we can tell you how to get it) and raw milk cheese.

4) Take a good calcium supplement. We can help you with this. If you are not sure if you need the extra support, consider having us or your doctor check your levels.

5) Remember that bone health has more to do with moving your body and strengthening your bones through weight-bearing exercises, than calcium levels. (And a note about bone health: yo-yo and crash dieting (starving oneself or over-restricting calories) can cause the body to actually convert the bones into sugar to use for fuel before it will burn fat)!

6) If more stability and solidity sound good to your spirit, consider a calcium-rich mineral elixir.

We are so excited to announce that Rowan Farrell will be offering sessions at Clarity starting this week. I have been blessed to receive bodywork for Rowan for many years and am always surprised at how profound her sessions are. Both CranioSacral and lymphatic drainage are very complementary to acupuncture. Here is more info about Rowan and the modality she offers: -Jessica

Rowan Farrell, LMBT, NMT #3774
Rowan has been involved in Bodywork Therapies for sixteen years. She received training in CranioSacral Therapy, Somatic Emotional Release & Lymph Drainage through the Upledger Institute and continues to pursue all ways of understanding and working with the craniosacral system – biodynamic, energetic, mechanical and visionary. She is currently enrolled in Visionary CST studies through the Milne Institute.
Rowan received a threefold Certification in NeuroMuscular Therapy, Russian Sports and Swedish Massage from the Academy of Somatic Healing Arts in Atlanta. She is currently a faculty member at CMNH where she has taught since 2001.

She was blessed with incredible experiences during an extensive six year Apprenticeship in Wholistic Midwifery. In 1998 she moved to Asheville and assisted in opening Ashevilles only Wholistic Midwifery School where she has been steeped in the Wise Woman Tradition ever since.

With her BFA in painting, EMT training and studies as a Desikachar Yoga Instructor, Rowan brings a visionary approach and vast knowledge of the human body to her work. Her passion is in serving people by seeing them clearly, sensing where they need to be touched, and working with the sublime mysteries of the craniosacral system.

Visionary CranioSacral Therapy

Visionary CranioSacral Therapy is a soothing, noninvasive, hands-on therapy.
The craniosacral system includes the brain, the cerebrospinal fluid, the system of membranes inside the cranium, all 22 cranial bones, the spine and the sacrum.
“What the Navajo call ‘the wind’s child,’ Genesis calls ‘the breath of life.’ It is a silent force, a field of chi, which blows through the craniosacral system, animates it, and infuses it with information and intelligence.
It is possible to listen to this field. The ability to do this is called ‘the heart of listening.’
A visionary knows how to touch a client with precise and gentle contacts that help the client feel more aligned, and more at home in themselves. Sometimes, by touching just the right place in just the right way, a visionary can help the client understand what troubles them, and what they need to reclaim their equanimity, and their place in life. Such work can also help the client access and release their healing potential”. –Hugh Milne, Founder & Director of the Milne Institute

I asked my friend, who is a very closeted and gifted poet, “What is the core message of your poetry?” She thought for second and said, “I’m not sure if there is a core message, but there is a core question. Which asks, ‘Where do I end, and my beloveds begin? and, Where is the intersection between me and the rest of the world?’”

After our conversation, I had a dream about her. I found myself in her most sacred room. It was a very small room, lit by one candle. There was a small tattered book, and a piece of kunzite, and that was all. I realized I was in the deepest inner chambers of her heart.

Kunzite showed itself in this dream so poignantly because it has a great affinity for intersections, especially those of the inner heart.

In spirit, it resonates with the heart and pericardium, and strengthens awareness around intimacy. Intimacy between beloveds, and also intimacy in the larger sense; the opening of the sensory orifices that allows a greater aliveness, and sense of really being here. (Keep this in mind for addictions of numbness, hiding or retreating, and diseases of resistance).

I would suggest wearing it or drinking the elixir in the beginning stages of an intimate relationship, or adversely, when you feel you need better heart protection. Think of it like you are giving some super vitamins to the gators in the mote around your castle. The stronger and smarter they are the better. They will know exactly who to let in and how much. This also translates to the outflow; being able to more effectively shine your heart and true potency out into the world.

Compositionally, kunzite is made up of lithium, aluminum, and silica oxide. Which is nature’s elegant (and obvious) mineral offering of calm and safety for the heart and pericardium. It can be called spodumene and comes in yellow, green, clear, pink, and lilac.

In the denser, more physical sphere, kunzite addresses the borders by strengthening our immune systems, and was worn over ren 17 (between the breasts) in ancient China to keep one strong and protected against pathogens.

And back to this friend of mine to illustrate another point . . . When she was in the womb, she experienced a lot of toxicity. Her aversion to toxicity stayed with her, and now she feels vulnerable to so much of our toxic world, from plastics to vegetable oils. Kunzite can actually help to strengthen her at the cellular level against these impurities, and help her body sort out what is her and what is not her (upright qi), and what is useful and what is not. Consider combining kunzite with tiger’s eye in this case, for further support in sorting the pure from the impure, and perhaps green tourmaline to strengthen detoxification pathways.

Get this girl some kunzite, somebody!

So, this is the snapshot of this magical gift to humanity. Think vulnerability, intersections, smart gators and shining shen.* ….. oh, and it’s good for sciatica.

-Sarah Thomas, L.Ac.

*the heart spirit that shines from our eyes!

Vitamin D is perhaps one of the most important and mysterious nutrients that our bodies need. Recent research has found that Vitamin D is important for not only bone health, but immune, hormonal, cardiovascular, and emotional health as well. It is potentially crucial in prevention of many cancers, viral infections, chronic pain, diabetes and metabolic syndrome, allergies, osteoporosis, depression, autoimmune conditions, infertility, high blood pressure, and much more!
Sadly, Vitamin D levels seem to be epidemically low. Many of my patients ask my why their Vitamin D levels are so low, especially when they go out in the sun and eat healthy food. If you think about how our Paleolithic ancestors lived, they spent MOST of their time outside, year round, without sunscreen, so their sun exposure was much higher than ours. In addition to lots of outdoor time, when they harvested an animal they consumed the ENTIRE thing, nose to tail. Vitamin D and other fat-soluble nutrients are stored in the brain, marrow, fat, and organs of animals, parts that few of us choose to eat these days. Also, our ancestors were eating mostly wild animals who were feeding on wild plants, and thus concentrating nutrients at a much higher rate into their tissues than feed lot or even organic animals. I believe that optimal levels of precious fat-soluble vitamins comes from a synergy of exposure to sunshine as well as intake of nutrient dense foods. This seems to be a magic combination.
To raise your Vitamin D levels naturally, I recommend spending as much time in the sun without sunscreen that you can without burning. I also recommend learning how to incorporate organ meets into your diet. Eating liver several times a week is an excellent way to raise your levels of all the fat soluble as well as B-vitamins and many other vital nutrients. Most of the folks who I know who are willing to try it find it delicious, and feel great when they eat it too.
I do recommend everyone have his or her levels checked (it is a relatively inexpensive test). The lab limit is usually around 32, and this is a good starting place. There is a lot of research and controversy around optimal levels of Vitamin D. Based one everything I have read and seen, I recommend most folks strive for a minimum of 35, while levels between 35-60 seem to bring maximum benefits for immune, emotional, and hormonal health. It is very hard to get above 60 without mega dosing on supplements.
If you need to raise your levels of D, 2-5,000 units of D3 a day is the recommended dose. It is readily available at most health food stores in this form. My favorite source of Vitamin D is in the form of fermented cod liver oil, available from Green Pastures. It comes with the full range of other synergistic at soluble nutrients. Just keep in mind, if you are getting sun and eating organ meats, you will be able to get to your optimal level much more easily. Also, the Vitamin D found in fortified foods like milk and cereal is synthetic D2, NOT natural D3, which is the form, our body uses. I recommend avoiding these foods as well as prescription D2 supplements.
Although their truly is no such thing as a magic bullet when it comes to healing, making sure your Vitamin D levels are adequate is probably one of the simplest and most powerful things you can do to support your health and well-being.

I went to dinner with some of my dear old friends recently. One of them is an ER doctor, and she is so gracious about all of the medical questions she is asked during casual conversations. She is treated like the expert on everyone else’s body. And she knows it and seems slightly uncomfortable about it, but she does her best. And Lindsay asks her, “Hey Pam, The other morning I was sitting in my kitchen before school and I suddenly felt so much tightness in my chest and had to sit down and breathe. and I was afraid I was having a heart attack. What was that?!”

And Pam does her best to give a generic answer. “Oh, that could have been a (some long words medical term I forget).” And Lindsay looks at her and is like, “Oh, uh huh, uh huh. Hmmm…” Like that answer means anything that is helpful. It only creates more questions and Pam knows that. It doesn’t put her at ease, in fact it creates this anxiety…Do I have this strange medical condition?

And I am sitting there watching, so much of me is trying to hold back, but I can’t. And I ask Lindsay “What was going on for you that morning?” (The fact that Lindsay knows the specifics of where she was when this happened is a sign to me that she knows exactly what was going on with her that day). And she answers, “Actually I was thinking about the auditions and casting I was going to be doing that afternoon for the school musical that I am in charge of. And I think I was pretty nervous about it. In fact, musical season is the absolute most stressful thing in my life.”

So, as I suspected this was not an elusive medical condition, but rather an opportunity her body was giving her to re-pattern or re-story the ‘stress’ around her activities later that day.

I put stress in quotations because it is a waste basket term that I do not let my patients use, because it is such a non- specific term for an actual physical phenomenon. And we can’t learn anything from it, until we get more specific.

Now, if Lindsay was my patient, we would engage in a line of questioning that would actually empower her to understand her body’s cues, which are all openings for her to more fully fulfill her destiny. Her body is that wise.

She actually had not asked herself how her chest pain was attached to her thoughts and emotions that day! In fact, her husband was nervous and asking her to go see a doctor about it. Because a good westerner will ask a doctor.

I have nothing against doctors at all. In fact, I have so much respect and compassion for where they find themselves standing these days. I am simply not convinced that they have the time or the training to explore the intersection between the physical and spiritual realms in us.

And along these lines, this past weekend at the women’s herbal conference, I saw a young patient who spoke about tightness in her jaw. She said she is seeing an acupuncturist who seems to help her. She puts needles in her and then she feels better for a day or two and then the jaw pain comes back. So, I asked this patient, “Does your jaw pain come and go throughout the day?” This is a very important question. Any symptom that comes and goes is a teacher. She said yes it does come and go. And I asked her, “What do you know about that? What do you know about the comings and goings of it? Does it seem to come and go according to thoughts or emotions you are experiencing?” And she looked at me like I was asking the strangest question and could not give me an answer. So I asked her, “When was the last time you felt the tightness in your jaw?” And she noted that it was on that very day, a couple of hours ago, and that she was feeling plenty of anxiety at the time.

And I am thinking, What in the heck are you and that acupuncturist doing together if she has not even asked you what you know about your own jaw pain!?? And I become disheartened at the limitations this ancient practice has put upon itself, and the disinterest or ignorance of the acupuncturist that must be present for her not to engage that line of questioning!

So, I am aware that every vein of the health care system has its “experts.”

If your health care provider is not empowering you to understand and re-learn the language of your own body, you will always be dependent on them for relief, AND you will not get the wisdom, the infinitely incredible wisdom that is your birthright to recover. Your body and its symptoms are asking you to walk towards your greatest destiny and are trying to show you the path to being ridiculously gloriously happy. YES. It’s true. YOUR body, too, is the wisest thing you have got and will communicate with you dozens of times today about some really important possibilities for you.

Let us not limit acupuncture to solving modern medical problems. Let us use this medicine, this art, for the highest possible potential, the empowerment of our patients and the re-engagement of their relationship to the wisdom of their bodies.

I am writing this blog to save me some work, because I suggest rhodiola rosea so often that this will save me writing this love anthem over and over on little pieces of paper and stuffing them into my patients goody bags.

Jessica taught me everything I know about this herb, so this is coming from her, too.

Rhodiola is a very hearty plant that flowers in the snow, steady and strong yellow buds that shine their little hearts out even in the cold winds of their native mountainous regions, such as the Himalayas, the Alps, the Arctic and even the Rockies.

So, I am going to cut to the chase and give you three words, that will hopefully elicit a feeling in you that gives you some understanding of why this plant is a gift to humanity..

CALM, HAPPY, CLEAR. (and all of those bathed in this incredible affinity for the heart).

Lets start with calm. Rhodiola is an adaptogen, which is a family of plants that actually raise our threshold for stress. So, what was stressful for us before, is no longer stressful. The outer world may not change, but an adaptogen can help us relate to the outer world differently. The bar gets raised on our stress response. Our bodies do not create stress hormones as much, which is probably the most healthy thing that could ever happen, AND we feel calm. You can look into how this actually works but looking around on the internet a bit. There is a lot of information out there. And, I like to say that all you will learn from that is the author’s ability to abstract, and it will be nothing like the actual experience of an adaptogenic herb.

Happy- Rhodiola is one of the plant kingdom’s strongest and most effective anti-depressants. It has been shown to work with all four main neurotransmitters in the brain, where as most anti-depressants only work with two. People feel the effects of this plant pretty quickly, even in as little as three days, when it comes to this happiness factor.

Clear-This is an amazing brain herb, as well. It has been shown to improve memory, concentration, and focus. In alignment with this, some studies are finding it to be a effective treatment for parkinson’s disease.

Ok, it doesn’t get much better than all of this, but I will just add that rhodiola can also be an important herb for high or low blood pressure, heart disease, and arrhythmia.

Please do not take rhodiola without the guidance of an herbalist. There are some contraindications here. One of which is this – people who struggle with intense ups and downs in moods, can be made to feel a little manic with rhodiola, almost like a perpetual coffee buzz, and they could have trouble sleeping and calming down.

And remember, there are no magic cures. We all have to do our work and be in our process. AND, the earth really wants to help us… and gave us rhodiola because we really are meant to be calm, happy and clear. Really!

Recently, a dear friend who is also a patient of mine accused me of being a “coconut pusher.” And it does seem true that hardly anyone emerges from my treatment room without a prescription for eating coconut. After 20 years of studying herbs, nutrition and healing, coconut is my number one healing “herb” (second only to pure water!)

Jessica's stash

The numerous benefits of this incredible plant could literally fill an entire book (in fact there are several books dedicated to it, and a quick search on the web of “coconut benefits” will return hundreds of pages). Here are MY top reasons for recommending this food to almost all of my patients:
1) Coconut is rich in MCT’s, or Medium Chain Triglycerides. These unique fats take more energy to store than to burn, so they provide healthy quick energy and an overall metabolic boost. It is also a tonic for the thyroid and adrenal glands. I use it to support overall vitality, and specifically to treat low energy, chronic fatigue, any thyroid condition, and metabolic weight gain.
2) It is rich in other fatty acids that are anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-viral, so it is useful in ANY conditions where the immune system needs extra support. It can be extremely helpful for folks dealing with chronic candida, frequent viral infections, acne, or eczema.
3) The saturated fats in coconut are the perfect precursors for making reproductive hormones, so I give it to any woman needing hormonal support, including women trying to conceive and menopausal ladies. I find it exponentially increases the effectiveness of any hormone balancing herbal formula. The beneficial fats are also essential for expecting and breastfeeding moms.
4) Eating coconut oil helps stabilize blood sugar, leading to a decrease in anxiety, mood swings, and sugar cravings.
5) Coconut helps with the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, and so helps build healthy bones, skin and hair form the inside out. Since I started using coconut regularly I no longer need to use any moisturizer on my skin. My friend puts large scoops of it in each of her dog’s dinner bowls and they have coats that literally glow.
6) The best part about coconut oil is that it’s truly delicious. I use it as my primary cooking oil at home. You can scramble eggs, sauté veggies, grill fish . . .etc. Simply replace it in any recipe that calls for butter or olive oil. It is also delicious to bake with, again just replace the butter or shortening with coconut oil.
As a medicinal food I recommend at least 2 tablespoons and up to 4 per day.
If you are like most of my “converts”, you will buy a small jar from the health food store and quickly realize that you need more, much more. I order my coconut in bulk from www.TropicalTraditions.com (you can get 2 gallon or even five gallon pails. . .laugh now but you will soon see what I mean!)
Some of you may be wondering, but isn’t saturated fat bad for me? Won’t it raise my cholesterol??? The short answer is. . no. Saturated fats from REAL foods like coconut, ghee, butter, and happy animals are not the culprits. The culprit is trans fats, found in processed and fats foods, and in excess consumption of sugars. These wonderful fats have been a foundational part of indigenous diets for thousands of years, and they should continue to be part of ours if we want to eat food that is delicious, nutritious, and satisfying. It can be a little scary to get off the low-fat bandwagon after the incredible indoctrination most of us have gone through, but once you do you will never look back. I promise!
The oil from coconut has the highest concentration of beneficial fats, but you can also get the benefits from coconut milk, coconut flower, and shredded coconut.
Try it. . tell us how it goes!!!

coconut pancakes
(adapted from The Primal Blueprint Cookbook by Mark Sisson)
3-4 eggs
3 Tbl melted coconut oil
¼ cup coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt
½ cup coconut flour or almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
water or milk to make desired consistency
optional: ripe banana or berries
mix and cook just like regular pancakes, just make sure you fry them up in. . .coconut oil!!!
(note. . you can order coconut flour online, and almond flour or meal is available at most health food stores. You can use regular flour too if you want.)

Franklin is truly a rockhounder’s paradise with rock shops, gem museums, and mines around every corner. Mason’s mine site appealed to me because it is “unsalted,” meaning the mine owners do not enrich (throw little specimens from other areas into their site) their grounds in order to keep people happy and coming back. Everything you find there, grew there, and is what’s known as native material. This is the way it should be, in my opinion. I know that kids can have a super time finding lots of ‘salted’ gems, and I also recognize that the gems that are thrown about are also living beings that need love and good homes. And still, I am a purist and want to find stones the natural way.

When I arrived today, the first fellow I ran into let me know he had been there nine hours yesterday and found nothing. We stood talking on a football field sized area, with a few shovels and buckets thrown around, and big holes dug in the ground. In the face of this potentially disappointing needle-in-a-haystack situation, I asked for some guidance from above.

suckers

After digging up two buckets of dirt and sifting through the material for about forty minutes, I got my miracle….honestly, in the very last handful of material I sifted through. (Which happened to be the very first shovel-ful I collected out in the field. And this is the miracle: I asked for guidance and immediately put my shovel in the earth exactly where this sapphire was hiding)!!

last handful

So, everyone else who had been there all day (or all weekend) groaned at me a little before returning to their hard labor, while I went to grab my camera, and the mine operator showed this little beauty to the owners of the mine, who also had been sifting patiently all day with no luck.

What We Can Do With This:

This is a 4.55 carat sapphire. You can see the hexagonal crystal structure and the pink color. Sapphire comes in every color you can think of. When it is red or pink, we call it a ruby. Rubies and sapphires are variations of the mineral corundum, which at its most elemental is aluminum oxide. Cromium gives a ruby its red color, and has a chemical composition of Al2O3Cr. And, so this blog could be called “Ruby Miracle” just as easily. All corundums are a 9 on the Moh’s hardness scale, which tell us they are very hard, and only a diamond could scratch them. This durability gives us some clues to its qualities.

This stone is used to stabilize, or make permanent movement that is taking place. Think of it like a kiln. When we are happy with what we have created, then we place it in the kiln for firing. So, we will use this stone when a patient is ready to really cement the process that is unfolding for them. For instance, If a woman had a history of miscarriage, but now she is pregnant and healthily carrying her baby into the second trimester, we would prescribe sapphire to ensure and strengthen this healing process that is taking place. Another example would be a patient with post-traumatic stress, who is now becoming more and more solid, and is ready to be ‘fired,’ in order to keep moving in this direction.

4.55 carat sapphire

If sapphires were an acupuncture point, they would be Du 13, Kiln Path, which is used quite the same way. Sapphire and Du 13 are also alike in that we do not want to prescribe this stone too early. We want to introduce it exactly when the patient needs crystallizing, so to speak.

The pink color here is connected to the heart

through the law of sicnature, so I would use this specimen specifically to stabilize and make permanent healing or opening that is taking place in one’s heart, as in beginning to feel really strong again after a painful relationship, or even to fire the flowering of the heart at the correct point on someone’s spiritual path.

The hexagonal crystal structure patterns along a 6-division shape and resonates with the wood element in 5-element theory. The wood element deals with issues of health, wealth and abundance when adapted to the nine palaces. These are the first three palaces, and deal with ‘things coming to us’ so to speak. Like the blessings of having our basic needs met. If we have our health (having enough to live), we can then ask for wealth (having enough to live well), and then we can ask for prosperity (having enough to share and give to others). So, you can also use a ruby or sapphire in order to work with one of these aspects of your life. There are many patients who are wanting to change these areas of their life!

You gotta love this town
