Who I Can Help

I welcome babies, children, teenagers, adults and the elderly. This is also a very safe place for people of any race, religion or color, including the LGBTQ community.

My areas of skill and expertise:

Emotional and spiritual issues such as trauma, grief and loss, guilt, anger, fear, depression, anxiety, sadness, overwhelm, worry, and all other emotions. Also matters of the spirit; making big life decisions, going through transitions, and coming into the most joyful and alive version of who you are.

Healing chronic stress. Overdoing it and constant pushing have led to an epidemic of people who can not really be calm, still, or rest deeply. With your help, we can unwind nervous systems on high alert and heal adrenal fatigue.

Physical pain. Especially pain caused by an accident or an abrupt event.

Fertility. Women who are about to start trying to become pregnant will receive such incredible support and guidance here.

Infertility. Helping women who have been trying with no success.

Women’s Health. Including menstrual symptoms, adrenal fatigue, thyroid imbalances, and all other hormone irregularities (including PCOS).

Chronic infections. This includes parasites, candida, leaky gut, and other fungal or bacterial infections.

Autoimmunity. Including multiple sclerosis, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, lupus, myasthenia gravis, and all others. Autoimmunity is not yet curable, but huge successes can be achieved in reduction of flare-ups and improving quality of life.

Detoxification. Headaches, fatigue, addiction, and many other symptoms can be an indicator that your body may need some good detox.

And of course, I treat people not symptoms. There are many other areas in which we can achieve great success. If you have questions about whether or not we might be a good fit, call me for a 10 minute free consultation.

I also believe in gathering a small team of the right support. My suite-mates at our Charlotte Street office are also my trusted referral partners. If you are looking for naturopathic medicine, physical therapy, or craniosacral therapy, I highly recommend their practices. They are all amazing practitioners and their work will dovetail nicely with acupuncture. Visit their websites:
